Orders

When will my order ship?

Ready-to-ship orders are typically processed within 5–10 business days before shipping.

Custom jewelry from our One of One Collection requires 3–6 weeks for production before shipment.

Please note that processing times may be extended during holidays or periods of high order volume.

Can I cancel or change my order?

We begin processing orders quickly, so changes or cancellations cannot be guaranteed.

Custom orders cannot be canceled once production has begun.

Can I order ready-to-ship and custom jewelry together?

Yes! Orders containing both ready-to-ship and custom jewelry will ship together once your custom piece has been completed.

If you’d like your ready-to-ship items sooner, we recommend placing separate orders.

Shipping

Do you ship internationally?

Yes! Brinx & Co. proudly ships both within the United States and internationally.

International shipping rates and estimated delivery times are calculated at checkout based on your location.

Please note that international customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees required by their country.

How do I track my order?

Once your order ships, you’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking number.

Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking information to update after the shipping carrier scans your package.

My package says delivered, but I haven’t received it.

Please check with household members, neighbors, or your local post office first.

If you’re still unable to locate your package, please contact the shipping carrier directly using your tracking number. If you need additional assistance, feel free to contact us.

Custom Jewelry

Can I return or exchange a custom piece?

No. Every piece in our One of One Collection is made specifically for you and is considered final sale.

Custom jewelry cannot be canceled, returned, exchanged, or refunded once production has begun.

Can I customize any design?

Customization options vary by product.

Available customization options are listed on each product page. If you have a special request, please contact us before placing your order.

Will my jewelry tarnish?

At Brinx & Co., we carefully select quality materials designed to provide lasting beauty and help minimize tarnishing. While no jewelry is completely immune to natural wear over time, proper care will help preserve its shine and extend its lifespan.

To keep your jewelry looking its best, we recommend removing it before swimming, showering, exercising, or applying perfumes and lotions. When not in use, store your jewelry in a cool, dry place and gently clean it with a soft cloth.

Can I wear my jewelry every day?

Many of our pieces are designed for everyday wear. To help preserve their beauty, we recommend following our jewelry care guidelines and avoiding prolonged exposure to water, harsh chemicals, perfumes, and lotions.

Do you restock sold-out items?

Some of our most-loved pieces return, while others are released in limited quantities.

Do your necklaces come with adjustable chains?

Many of our necklaces include an extender for an adjustable fit.
